Abuse of any form is not tolerated to our staff!

If you decide to insult our staff because they have stated your surface of choice is not safe nor suitable for an inflatable this will not get them to reconsider and set up.

We don't care if other companies have set up there many times before, if that's the case go call them.

Each company has their own standards and criteria in which they will decide whether to go ahead with a set up.

Many are aware of freak accidents with inflatables, yes the guidelines for surfaces are strict and many may go ahead against HSE guidelines without a problem, but that doesn't mean every single one will.

The guidelines are in place for a reason, and that is for the safety of your children and party guests, We won't take a risk of their lives for the sake of a bouncy castle.

If this makes us "Bad people" then so be it! We wouldn't let our own children go on unsafe equipment and we certainly won't be risking it for £80!

We are not taking bookings for Saturday 10th as we are heading to Surrey for the first of three Heli fun days with Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex & lots of other incredible crafters, businesses and services ☺️

After the downpours at the weekend today is dedicated to cleaning and drying out the inflatables.

All of our equipment is cleaned between hires, usually we will aim to do this at the end of a hire so they're packed away clean, however this isn't always possible and so during the week we clean and inspect for damage.

This way we know our hirers are getting exactly what we advertise on our website ☺️

We have been made aware of an issue with our website again.

It appears to just be the Barbie castles it is affecting.

To note these are £80 & £120 for the slide not the £180 it is showing, despite editing the price repeatedly it won't change.

Any bookings made will be edited to have the correct prices so no one is overcharged and hopefully we can get this resolved asap! 💖

I think we have ended up with the season's being mixed up 🤦

The blue skies right now are insulting 😂

Ballpits turned into paddling pools and the beds of our bouncy castles held a lot of water.

We have also heard many gazebo's didn't survive the rain today 🤦

A busy week ahead drying out lots of inflatables & getting them clean for next weekend ☺️

It's been a very wet and blustery day!

All jobs were site checked and where the wind was monitors were given out and instructions given on how to safely monitor.

Typically the one day everything is a garden hire it downpours 😂🤦 however the rain covers make a huge difference to the castles.

We hope everyone had a great day despite the weather! ☁️

While the weather has settled , prep for the weekend has started ☺️

While we aim to clean every inflatable at the end of every hire, sometimes it just doesn't work out and so they go up during the week ☺️

We pride ourselves on maintaining and cleaning our equipment to the highest standards.

Today our Barbie disco castle was out at dance envy rainham ☺️ For anyone looking to hire a large hall with good public transport links, large space and a decent sized carpark we highly recommend this venue ☺️

Our Barbie disco castle has been one of our most popular themes for 2023 & 2024! With a 12 inch speaker mounted in the castle alongside the super bright sound reactive LED light adding to the already spacious bounce area it's a huge hit at any party 🎉🪩🩷
