Nachos with various dips.

Polished off with Bistoff Cheesecake and Chocolate Fudge Cake.

They do a wonderful job looking after the community.
Its our pleasure to provide them with their buffet again.
We provide mixed platters so each table has its own platters so they don't have to leave the tables.

Just wanted to share a small (massive) achievement today.

I did it, I actually did it.... I have been going to the gym for 4 months and today finally plucked up the courage to walk over to the punch bag and actually punch it.

I have been looking at it and looking at it. A real stigma of people thinking your silly and have no clue what your doing, which I don't but slowly getting past that feeling.

At my induction at the gym the young boy said to me.
No one cares. They are all here just doing their own thing.

Anyway I did a punchbag set, which was great, the gloves honk, might buy my own.

Although the photo doesn't really have any relevance, its a lovely picture of us watching a sunset last week.

l have been really into Salmon this summer, never tried tinned salmon, don't know why, just never have.Given it a go ton...

Given it a go tonight.
Mixed it with bulgar wheat and warmed up in a pan with some mixed salad.

Now we are officially in Autumn, can't you just feel the change in the mornings

Our tummies start to crave hearty, warming stodgy dinners. Casseroles are back, pies are on full alert and crispy, Potato and Vegetable bakes will become a stable.

It's candles on because its dark time....

I will let the cheese puffs off for over spilling, its more than likely my fault for over filling....
