We would like the Government to pass a law that requires the right to pay for goods and services with cash. This could include a legal framework that includes penalties for outlets that refuse cash payment and mandates the maintenance of local cash handling infrastructure by the banking sector.

This time of year is incredibly busy for all of us, and we take great pride in working hard to create a positive experience for everyone. So, it’s especially disappointing when someone tries to take advantage of that hard work by threatening us with a bad review unless we provide free drinks.

Let us be clear: we work tirelessly to offer quality service and fair treatment to everyone, and we will never give in to unfair demands. Honest feedback is always appreciated, but using reviews as leverage is not acceptable.
