Body Remedy is hosting a second forming ecology day event at Cove Park on Saturday 28th September. Expression of interest by 2nd September.

This will be a space for creativity, reflectiveness, connecting with community and resting. There will be a movement workshop, painting workshop and artist talks, as well as an opportunity to walk in and spend time in the countryside around Cove Park. Do as little or as much as you like, it’s up to you.

Coach leaves from Glasgow Central to Cove Park, return. Lunch and refreshment will be provided throughout the day. If you would like to register interest in taking part please fill in this form here.
