‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE ON HIRE‼️
●Equipment care and any add ons.

As there have now been too many times where product is missing on collection and venues not taking care of equipment.
I need to now charge a separate returnable deposit for any equipment, lights, and florals. If any balloon decor is attached, a breakdown charge will apply.

When you book, it is stated that you take the balloon decor, and any equipment and any add ons are HIRE ONLY!. Florals are counted and communicated to you.
The equipment is YOUR responsibility until collection. The venue must be TOLD by you, to TAKE CARE if needing to remove any frames, easels, etc, and store ALL florals, lights with care, including any extension leads and plug!. These MUST stay INDOORS.

Having frames put outside, half broken down! With decor still attached, constantly missing florals is letting the next booking down as often displays are back to back.
Florals/fans are not to be played with by children or taken home by guests.
These are HIRE ITEMS only.

This is not a constant cost I should have to incur. As a small business that is forever growing.
Thank you to you all who DO take care and apply to the terms 😊 🙏

For all others, if I took your car and returned it without any fuel, you wouldn't be very happy. Having to fill up out of your own pocket. This is exactly the same!
