🌈Get ready for the baby art school and explore the world of Andy Warhol! Here's a sneak peek of the activities.The workshop will offer an experiment, activity and challenges of “Pop Art” through immersive storytelling, art inquiry & dress up & sensory play in a child-centred environment.

Date: Saturday 3rd February 2025
Time: 9am / 10am / 11am
Duration: 45 minutes
Age: 18 years - up to 36 month
Location: Woodlands Community Development Trust,
66 Ashley St, Glasgow G3 6HW
Price: £15 includes smock, artist berry & take home original pop art.

The Andy Warhol Workshop includes;

🌈 The Warhol Potato “Soup Can” Stamp
This colourful messy play art experiment will develop Tot gross grab using Warhol’s Soup can art as inspiration!

🌈 The Warhol “Bubble Print” Activity
This art activity will develop the Tots grab & pincer skills by painting with a roller for a user to create their very own pop art!

🌈The Warhol-inspired “Art Sensory” Challenge
This time challenge will develop the Tot's pincer and gross grab, picking up and putting down with a Kahol-inspired sensory tray where the Tots will match the coloured objects.

Join us for a festive and fun-filled workshop designed especially for toddlers aged 18 to 36 months! The S.T.A.R Christmas Special Workshop is the perfect opportunity for your little ones to get into the holiday spirit.

Starting on Fri Dec 01 2023 at 10:00 AM GMT, this in-person event will take place at the charming Civic House. Our expert instructors will guide your child through a range of engaging activities, ensuring they have a jolly good time.
During the workshop, your child will enjoy interactive storytelling sessions, arts and crafts, and lively sing-alongs.

The three themed activities will focus on Conservation, Sustainability & the Natural environment through messy, creative and social play

🐒The monkey-watching activity will encourage you and your tot to use binoculars to look for and find Jane Goodall’s famous chimpanzees, which are hiding in the jungle.

🪸The Clean the Ocean activity will encourage the tots to use mini nets to clean up the ocean of bottles and rubbish to save the sea, inspired by Greta Thunberg

🪲The Bug Safari, inspired by David Attenborough – will encourage you and your tot to find and match using a magnifying glass and specimen box to find rare bugs for David’s collection
