Sometimes Mondays can be a struggle to get yourself going, but am working hard on my mindset and goal setting.
How do you get your mindset right?

Today it was music and exercise to get my juices flowing!
Getting into a good habit of actually breaking for lunch and, at least 3 times a week, doing some form of exercise in my break.

No one wins awards for working flat out, not taking breaks and making themselves ill.

Advice and a film recommendation in my latest blog. I feel like I’ve just watched a (very entertaining) horror movie about an event that went disastrously wrong. Never mind the fraudulent organisers!
