Sometimes Mondays can be a struggle to get yourself going, but am working hard on my mindset and goal setting.
How do you get your mindset right?

Today it was music and exercise to get my juices flowing!
Getting into a good habit of actually breaking for lunch and, at least 3 times a week, doing some form of exercise in my break.

No one wins awards for working flat out, not taking breaks and making themselves ill.

Hello :-)
Sorry I've been quiet for a while, whilst building BCE I'm also still working full time, so had a bit of time away...although always talking about events when i can.
One day BCE will be my main focus and that's so exciting.

So it's a new month and the whiteboard has been cleaned, ready to write down my goals and activities for June, work and play!
I've started doing this every month now and really helps me to stay focused, productive and making sure it's not all work.

Today is the start of Dementia Action Week - https://www.alzheimers.org.uk/get-involved/dementia-action-week
Dementia is a cause close to our hearts here at Bespoke Client Events. 5% of our profits is donated to the Alzheimer's Society, as well as delivering dementia awareness sessions across our local community.

When thinking about your next event, why not include a fundraising element to the event e.g holding a raffle or donate a complimentary attendance ticket/s to a local charity.
There are so many ways your business can give back to local and national charities in a meaningful way and foster new relationships with good causes.

What's on your agenda? Well maybe the beach seems a bit far fetched for this week..but actually it's not that far away until I will.

Feeling really positive today, making new connections and exploring opportunities to collaborate with other businesses. Seeing how we can all help each other as restrictions are lifted and businesses look to reconnect with their communities.

Hope you're having a great day and have some exciting activities planned both work and play. It's mental health awareness week, with a focus on getting out and about it nature to revive the mind and to take a break from screens and being indoors. I've been walking regularly in my lunch breaks which has made such a difference to productivity in the afternoons. Head is clearer and more focused. I intend to keep this up once restrictions are lifted as a new habit. What do you do?
