So I know politics has nothing to do with Discos but I am announcing my candidacy to stand for council and represent the Coney Hill ward please give my page a like Byron Davis - Coney Hill

Hello my name is Byron Davis,

I am hoping to stand in the local elections In may 2024.

I believe we have been let down by the current and previous political parties that have represented this lovely area and believe we need a strong voice for the area.

Someone who will represent you and your views not the party in coney hill.

I have already been working along side your County councillor Alastair Chambers who has also worked tirelessly for the area.

That’s why I’m standing as an independent as I will have no one telling me what I can and can’t do and I will have more of a say on the things that matter to you.

My father David Mockridge was a City councillor for Coney hill and barwood in the late 90’s early 2000’s he did a lot for the area and I want to follow his footsteps Coney hill will always be a close place to my heart!

I really hope you will support me in the up coming elections.

I have already been dealing with issues but if you do come across anymore please do get in contact I would be more than happy to help!

🐾PUPDATE - We have some very exciting and happy news to share with you. Through the power of the microchip, some excellent detective work by our Animal Welfare Officer and YOU (our brilliant followers on Facebook!), we have been in contact with the incredible human being that fostered this girly as a young puppy💜…and we can now tell you that she has gone home with him!! She is safe and we couldn’t be happier ☺️ Thank you for all the shares, our post reached over 100,000 people, so this wouldn’t have happened without you. A little Christmas miracle 🙏

**FOUND ** This dog was handed in today, found tied up in Hardwicke playing field. Microchipped, but the details appear to be out of date. She is in excellent condition and very distinctive and it's possible that she has been abandoned as a result of the upcoming XL Bully legislation. I believe that she will belong to someone in the Quedgeley/Hardwicke area, so if you recognise her, or know who the owner might be, please can you contact me. I have withheld some details for ID purposes. Thank you.
