Thank you all for being patient while we went off to have our babies!! 🩵

Unfortunately due to other work commitments it’s going to be really hard to commit to weekly sessions at the moment. I will however now start opening the diary again for party bookings!

A new fitness class coming to churchdown where you can take your little ones with you! ⬇️

We have a new class starting!😋

A fitness class that you can bring your children along to with a space to play with toys. Open to mums, dads, aunties, uncles, nans, grandads etc!

The class will include: RiKaShaKe®, RiKaFlex®, RiKaFlex® Legs & Bums, RiKaTor® and RiKaBlitz®

Before our break we were holding a sensory play group in Brockworth on Tuesday mornings. We will now be offering our MESSY PLAY group instead!😋
