We tweaked the homemade chip shop curry sauce recipe, tested out our potato scallop recipe and thought we would give you a sneak peak at one our amazing burgers that will also be on the menu along with other beauties. As always 100% gluten free….😍😍

As we are the Aussie Fryer, we are keeping it true, to the point of….we don’t do scampi we do battered prawns (just normal sized prawns but have to do King Prawns here) so it’s like for like…🤣😊 stay tuned for more testing one of our burgers out tomorrow wait until you see it 😍😍

Last nights food trucker trials was absolutely delicious and of course it’s all 100% Gluten Free.

Excited, took the grill that was in the truck when we bought it out along with the sink yesterday and the new sink and the awesome new grill came today 😍😍

More progress on the van today, all previous equipment stripped down. Awaiting the new stainless steel sheets to be delivered for new walls to be put up and replaced…..😊 stayed tuned for the next up date, not long until we will be operational

THE REBUILD

Hello we are Nathan and Mandy; and here we go guys, Christmas is just about over so now time to focus on our dream.
The Aussie Fryer is under going a refit by our own very hands.
To ensure 💯 percent gluten free we are taking out the used and replacing with new to ensure we can guarantee and ensure we stand by what we are going to sell.
Keep tuned, more updates to follow. We are ever so excited and can’t wait for our planned launch date 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

She has only gone and done it again, Mandy our talented Director has shown there is no end to her talents…..she nailed the Aussie Fryer logo and now gone and shown her talents once again and created this amazing logo for our Parent company Koality Catering Services Limited…..amazing Mandy thank you so much great job 😊😊

What a trip, family (work) road trip. We took a road + water trip to Northern Ireland to collect our mobile Gluten Free fish and chip fryer…..we had an amazing time and our daughter even got a chance to write a letter to Santa and post it off.
Fryer collected with family fun along the way and best of all, guys be assured 100% gluten free it took a while but we found one 💯🥳🥳
