"The dreamiest wedding we could have wished for

We do not have the words to fully explain how brilliant the Saltmarshe Hall team are. From the minute we arranged a visit to the venue, they were so attentive, personable and could not have been more accommodating. As soon as we drove up to the hall, we knew it was the venue for us – its elegant, timeless, yet homely style was very much what we were aiming for. It was so hard to decide where to have our ceremony as there are so many equally beautiful locations around the hall and gardens. Ashleigh was able to help extract the scrambled vision from my mind and help us turn it into a reality. From start to finish, Ashleigh was the most unbelievable co-ordinator we could have asked for – friendly, organised and a keen eye for detail.

On the day, Ashleigh, Tim, Amy and the rest of the team were central – so many guests commented on how the staff felt like a part of the day and were so warm and accommodating. We genuinely could not have asked for more and at no point throughout the process did we feel as though it was a service. Every member of staff made us feel as though our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. Even though there was a wedding the day before ours and an event the day after, there was never the feeling that it was ‘just another wedding’. The food was phenomenal, the rooms are stunning and the gardens are immaculately kept.

We genuinely cannot recommend Saltmarshe Hall enough to anyone looking for their dream venue!"

🤍Meet the team🤍

Hi! I am Ashleigh and I am the Wedding, Events and Marketing Manager at Saltmarshe Hall. At Saltmarshe we want you to get to know us more, so we will be doing meet the team posts over the next few months, kicking off with me!

I have been in the industry best part of 11 years now, as I fell into it whilst studying Fashion & Production at university. Due to my background, I have an extreme attention to detail, which all of my past couples all attest to. This has lead me to have nominations for Wedding Coordinator of the year twice and be featured in numerous magazines. ( Special shout out to for calling me the MVP of his wedding in 😍)

My favourite thing about my job is getting to be on the journey with the couples. You’ll find I will get as excited as you! 🤣 On your wedding day I will be your biggest hype girl, along with providing endless hugs and emotional support. I also love planning events for the Hall, such as showcases as I can utilise the design side of my previous training, which is also why I manage the social media platforms!

I will be at the open day on Sunday and cannot wait to see everyone who is attending! The décor is something I have planned with an amazing team of suppliers. (I love a Pinterest board). Come say hi and I can share my wealth of wedding knowledge and experience with you. ✨
