Anyone else feeling that summer "productivity drain" already? 😅 It's easy for neurodivergent brains to lose momentum when routines shift, but you don't have to burn out! Here are 3 practical tips to stay focused and energised:

- Embrace Structured Flexibility: Find a balance between routine and spontaneity. Maybe dedicated work blocks in the morning, with afternoons free for outdoor activities.
- Prioritise Sensory Breaks: Summer sounds, heat, or new environments can be overwhelming. Build in deliberate "calm down" time in a low-sensory space.

You know the saying, too busy having a life...
..sometimes taking a step back is all we need, yet when we do we cannot predict what might occur.

Fall in or F Off has been the theme these past two weeks, feeling feelings of utter joy at realisations many years in the making

Clients that I have been seeing also seem to be sharing themes of 'just being' and it's a reflection of what I know I show up for.

The making of man on the world stage, and it feels like theatre at times, is so utterly shocking I wonder what we can do when it's so utterly dense with dramas not of our making

I return to the things I can do. Using purchasing power and only supporting those who are seeking the good. And it's powerful. Supporting artisans and providers who have policies we didn't even know we needed.

So, on this New Moon Day, as i prepare for a Cath's Cape afternoon of teaching crochet, i'll speak kind words that bring community together

I don't say this lightly, i really mean that i have found my forever.

It's been a while in the making, the looking and the quite frankly procastination of should i shouldn't i. Then a heartfelt birthday gift prompted me to act. Tom's Studio pens have found one of the biggest fans for all the right reasons.

And on this day when to dream big, I'm putting this out there to see if you want to help collect pens for upcycyling. Those that know me well will smile and applaud my boldness. So the question is, will you too?

I will be a 3 events this Summer: Deer Shed Festival and End Of The Road Festival so if you have any solid coloured plastic pens, whiteboard markers, writing pens, if you bring them along we can send them into Tom's Studio to help the appeal. Of if you have more than a few to send, are you part of a school or group, then why not make contact, a whole new edition of The Wren is waiting to be fashioned
