Hi! We're back from an amazing holiday to New York and ready to see what 2025 brings in.

Due to the constant increase in food and product prices, we'll be increasing all prices (except our new meal deliveries) by 10%. This will apply from 1/2/25. So if you've made an enquiry, this is your sign to get booked in! 🤩

As our followers will know, we now have our own commercial kitchen! Our 'meals on wheels' will start from w/c 20/1/25. We are particularly aiming this service at customers who can't get out easily, the elderly or care home residents but am open to ideas on who might be interested (maybe if you work long hours and have a busy schedule?).

We offer a standard portion, home cooked delivered meal, dessert can be added on for additional cost. 10% discount if 3 or more meals are ordered. Free local delivery to either Grays or Stanford le Hope. Other areas can be delivered too with a delivery fee.

W/C 20/1/25
Monday: Lincolnshire sausage or vegetarian sausage, mash, onion gravy and peas
Tuesday: chilli con carne or 3 bean chilli served with rice
Wednesday: Beef and vegetable casserole or root vegetable casserole served with dumplings
Thursday: chicken or vegetarian mini roast served with two veg and roast potatoes
Friday: chicken or vegetable curry served with rice
Saturday: salmon fillet served with broccoli and new potatoes

As we say goodbye to 2024, what a year it has been professionally 🤩we have created so many platters and grazing tables for many occasions. Plus beautiful afternoon teas and weddings. Our corporate client list has gone crazy!

But the highlight for me has been expanding into our own premises giving us the opprtunity to deliver wonderful meals. I'm so excited to see where this takes us 😍

62 roast dinners
15 mac n cheese
15 lasagne
100 hot dogs
100 burgers
85 shepherds pies
65 jacket potatoes

Plus sooooo many school cakes, cupcakes and jelly and fruit pots 🍇

Today's Arts Outburst lunch was for 200 children to enjoy after panto at Thameside Theatre. We provided hot dogs, burgers, chips and cupcakes. We hope all of the children had fun!

Where do I start! The last two days have been prep upon prep and soooo much cooking for a local holiday group. We provided 62 Christmas dinners (gammon, turkey, pigs in blankets, 3 veg, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings) plus vegan options! We also supplied mac 'n' cheese, lasagnes, salads plus cupcakes and school cakes.

Honestly, I could not have done the last 2 days without my team - it was a learning curve in our new kitchen but I'm so proud of us and feel we smashed it! 🎅🥰
