Wonder Woman Wellness⭐️Starts Thu 4th Jan-Are you ready to make a change?

Join us for our brand new program at our best prices we’ve ever done!

Our 4 week challenge will be focused on bringing out the warrior within! Whether you need to focus on your mindset or physical health our WWW will help you achieve those goals. I will have pre class meeting with everyone who signs up to find out what your warrior aims are and we will work to achieve them together. We also weigh & measure for those setting weightloss goals. So each person will have a personalised experience

The programme will consist of a Tue/Thu early evening class. These will be a mix of Pound/Unplugged/Fire Flow and 1 live or pre recorded warrior challenges per week (short 10-15mins) A full recipe page is also available for those joining for weight management
