Lovely review for our ethical corporate catering job last week!

"On behalf of the Mayor and I, and all at Bognor Regis Town council, I just wanted to formally thank you very much for providing us with such a wonderful finger buffet for our Civic Reception last Wednesday evening. The food was superb, varied and plentiful and as advised on the phone, we had many compliments and leftovers were taken to local homelessness charity, Stonepillow.

Love good food and keen to learn creative de-stressing skills to last a lifetime? Want to discover wild edibles, learn about their herbal powers, seasonal food and how to cook over fire while in magical woodland setting?

Join chef and forager Jacqueline Wise of Positively Delicious, a Nomadic Cookery School, and discover her mindful ‘Connection through Cookery’ concept. Find joy in the simple pleasures of nourishing foods, and enjoy big dose of foodie wellbeing inspiration. Age 12 plus.

As featured on Days,  we invite you to spend the day in the lush fields and majestic woodlands of Surrey with 'Connection Through Cookery, Foraging and Fire-Cookery Day.'

Kick things off with hot drinks and sweet snacks, before receiving an introduction to connecting through cookery. Hear about the science and theory behind the practice, understand your body’s stress response and use cookery and nature to relax. You’ll receive a recipe journal, before heading out on a foraging hedgerow walk.

Return to enjoy wild inspired cocktails and canapes, ahead of an open-fire cooking class with a professional chef. Learn top tips as you create a regenerative and hyper-seasonal meal, which you’ll enjoy alongside a complimentary organic wine. After the meal, sit down with a wild herbal tea and listen to an inspirational talk on regenerative food such as how to create positive mental, physical and environmental change through the way we eat.
