Good morning,

We are currently seeking to expand our Support Staff team.

We have several shifts available, with the majority of positions located within our supported living environment.

This home provides supported living and respite care for young adults with learning disabilities.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities and fostering independence within their homes.

We are seeking individuals who can support both home life and community engagement.

We have a wonderful team already in place, and we are looking for a team player who is active and engaged.

We focus on personal development and offer NVQ and other relevant training after induction and probation periods.

Great team skills and creativity is required to support with weekly activity planning and logistics.

This role involves working collaboratively with the Service Managers/ Team Leaders and adopting a unified approach.
It includes offering practical and hands on assistance for a small group of people.
The position requires initiative and responsibility from the post holder.
Additionally, the Support Worker will regularly perform tasks as agreed with the Team Leader to enhance the support and service and improve the lives of the service users supported in their daily activities.

Working within our small and compact team to support our residents to live a life as independently as possible.

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of LittleLegz as a public SEN playgym, effective Monday, July 21st, 2025, due to the owners' health concerns.

We will continue to offer private sessions, parties, and holiday clubs, as well as day services for our clients.

Regrettably, we are no longer able to sustain our cherished sessions due to the significant time and effort required, with health considerations playing a crucial role in this decision.

We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support we have received from our valued customers over the past year. It has been a truly wonderful experience, but we must now conclude this chapter as we transition towards integrating our companies to provide a more streamlined service.

Now that the care company is fully established, we will be utilizing our knowledge and expertise to continue our ongoing support services through LittleLegz and offer holiday clubs and day services for young people with Learning and Physical Disabilities.

Please be informed that private parties, school sessions, and private sensory room and playgym sessions will remain available. We will, however, be closing the public sessions.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
