A bowl full of flowery joy 🌸💫🌼💖

This bowl was jack packed with seasonal delights, all of which were grown by us, with the exception of the pale blue delphs!

There are sooo many varieties, so I couldn’t possibly list them all of, but to give you an idea - there were asters, roses, dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, scabiousa, Icelandic poppies, mint, and even some tomato tendrils too! 🍅

Reminiscing on stems grown by us this year 🌸✨

In honour of the last flowers cut for the year, it felt right to take a look back on some of my favourite buckets and cuts of 2025. As many of you know, my mum and I have been finding our feet with growing flowers for Stone & Stem, and I am so proud of how far we’ve come - and especially of my wonderful mum. She always humbly says “oh I don’t really know what I’m doing”, but I think we can all agree that she absolutely does 🌸💕

It was by no means a perfect year (not that there ever will be one with growing), but we’ve learnt so much, and are feeling SO excited for 2026 and all of the flowery filled buckets that will come with it!

Autumn in a bouquet 🍂 with all English stems, all grown by us ✨

I really love a soft Autumnal palette. There are so many stunning light tones in the season, especially in the flowers! Just like the off white and cream dahlias, yellow and apricot cosmos, soft pink and green hydrangeas, and caramel phlox, all featuring here in Jemima’s bouquet 🤍

Contrasting with those more obvious Autumnal ingredients, such as naturally preserved bracken and grasses, and the stunning deep hughes of the rudbeckia, which we grew especially for this wedding 🫶🏻✨

Autumn in all its glory 🍂🧡✨

It truly is such a stunning time of year, and I find myself forever in awe of the beautiful tones in the trees and foliage surrounding us. From yellows to burnt oranges, auburns to chocolate browns - my eye keeps dancing through the leaves, and I’m always completely inspired 🍂✨

This is the result when you embrace the time of year for your wedding or event, bringing the outside in and surrounding yourself with those beautiful tones! Every year, you’ll naturally be reminded and transported back, and that’s something I find truly special 🧡

Studio moments ft Ralph 🐾✨

For those of you who don’t know him, Ralph is my little pal that I rescued from Cyprus back in 2020. He is the sweetest soul, if not a bit of an oddball, and he’s very much my shadow who follows me everywhere.

When I’m in the studio, he’s always there giving the flowers a little sniff, then curling up on the sofa, or sunbathing in the doorway during the summer months (the one thing he definitely misses about Cyprus is the weather!!) ☀️

If you’ve met Ralph and your leg hasn’t been hu**ed, just know that you’re in the minority. It’s a bit like his very own little initiation that he does to everyone, and I think he just enjoys the reactions it creates to be honest. He’s about 10 years old, so he’s a bit of a dirty old dog 😅

He’s a big part of Stone & Stem, so it just felt right to give him an updated spot on the grid 🫶🏻

A very special birthday dinner ✨

Adding a floral flourish to an already stunning setting in Buck Hall at Cowdray House, elevating the tablescape for an extra special evening.

Seasonal flowers in a neutral colour palette adorned the table, with antique gold and stoneware bus vases to complement the surroundings.

With an abundance of British flowers including dahlias, cosmos, gaura, scabious, Californian poppies, Selene, to name just a few - all grown by us 🤍 with the exception of the roses, which were added for extra scent amongst our mint and rosemary.

Seasonal bud vases, oozing romance 💕✨

Using the best of September’s flowers, featuring garden roses, dahlias, cosmos, scabiosa and wisps of seasonal grasses — all grown by us!

Each styled to feel light, natural and beautifully undone, paired with stone and amber vases for an earthy feel 🤎

Autumn’s finest for J&B 🍂✨

With a neutral and earthy colour palette, embracing the turning foliage and grasses that are so present this time of year, with those added pops of deeper hughes reflecting the change of season.

Bouquets full of texture and delicate details; Jemma’s featured dahlias, dancing cosmos, grasses, turning jasmine trails, rudbekia, hydrangeas, bracken, eucalyptus, zinnias, phlox, roses - and more! It was such a joy to create for her 🫶🏻

With everything grown by us, bar the addition of eucalyptus provided by lovely Nicky who is just 10 minutes down the road 🍂

Wreath workshops are now live! 🌲✨

I’m excited to be returning to The Southsea Deli this December, to create beautiful Christmas wreaths with you!

On your arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of fizz accompanied by delicious savoury and sweet nibbles created in-house. You will create your very own luxury Christmas wreath to adorn on your front door, with an abundance of seasonal festive ingredients and accessories to choose from 🎀
