A bouquet full of texture with bunny tails and scabiosa seed heads added with fresh roses, chrysanthemums, astilbe and veronica. Sometimes mixing dried and fresh flowers add an extra seasonal touch. I love it.

Customer Service: The cornerstone of my business ✨

At the heart of my business is a deep commitment to customer service. I personally hand-deliver every bouquet with care, attention, and thoughtfulness. From accommodating special requests to ensuring each delivery is perfectly timed, I offer a service that is as flexible as it is personal. That’s why my subscription service has no notice period for cancellations. Customers can pause or cancel at any time, ensuring that their needs come first.

If a customer is away on a scheduled delivery day, they can choose to either pause their delivery or surprise a loved one by having the bouquet delivered to them instead.

I often deliver bouquets to workplaces, schools, nurseries, or even offices. Recently, I surprised a customer at a restaurant during her dinner party! Flexibility and personalisation is what sets my service apart.

Here’s what one customer had to say:

“Jess was so helpful and arranged a delivery for the next day, until I realized my friend was going away to a hotel for her birthday. Jess offered to take the bouquet that night instead! It turned out my friend was out for dinner at a local pub, and Jess delivered the most beautiful bouquet right to her table. It gave her a lovely surprise and made her feel special, which is exactly what she deserves! Absolutely amazing service, and I’ll definitely use Jess again!”

I know it’s only the start of the Autumn season, but florists up and down the country will be starting their Christmas planning.

I have spent this afternoon finalising my webpages and stock lists for Christmas Wreath orders and Christmas Wreath Workshops.

I will be launching my Christmas offering on Saturday 5th October at 8pm! So make a note and decide whether you would like a wreath handmade and delivered by me or you want to get together with friends or family and make your own over a glass of bubbles or cuppa 🎄💕✨

Have you ever wondered what journey your flowers go through before being admired in your home? 1. They travel from growers in Holland to the wholesaler, for me to pick up. 2. They are conditioned and given a good drink of fresh clean water (and the florist is given a nice warm coffee). 3. They are lovingly arranged with other flowers into a beautiful bouquet. 4. The bouquet is wrapped in brown paper, finished off with a ribbon: sometimes with a personalised notecard. 5. Finally the flowers are hand delivered to their new home to be admired. Celebrate the festive season with friends and family and host or attend a Christmas wreath workshop this year. The workshops include all the materials, foliage, Christmas decorations, wires, scissors and ribbon you need to go away with a beautiful Christmas wreath which will last throughout the Christmas season. Are you making a mistake?

Don’t forget to change your water regularly. This is particularly important with opaque vases as you can’t see the water levels. Fresh clean water is a lifeline for cut flowers, it helps to prevent bacteria and keeps them hydrated.
