Don't forget you can always refrigerate or freeze any leftovers if you are lucky to have some. Any Spaniard will tell you that paella tastes even better the next day.

Our Story

Many of you will be familiar with BBQ & More having at some point enjoyed the food delights we offer. As time has gone by our menu has grown and as a result, BBQ & More are not only expanding but also evolving with the services we offer. To better reflect this we have decided to rebrand with effect from 3rd May 2018 and will be known as “Auténtico”.

We are a family run business specialising in Spanish & Greek Cypriot Catering, cooking traditional recipes handed down over 3 generations, using authentic ingredients, many of which we import ourselves, such as the finest rice, spices and extra virgin olive oil that we source from Spain & Cyprus.

We offer a complete hassle free catering experience for companies and individuals n the Herts, Beds & Bucks area.

From intimate dinner parties, and a delivery service to birthday gatherings, christenings, and weddings to large scale corporate events, Auténtico provides a unique food service to ensure that your guests will remember your event for years to come.
