It has been fantastic creating a food business totally focused on the quality and deliciousness of the food it produces. I am incredibly proud of all the staff who have worked at P&V during the last 7 years who have risen to the constant challenge of creating exceptional food in such demanding and fast changing times.



Unfortunately, changing shopping habits, rising food costs & the current economic climate have taken their toll. The final straw has been being unable to agree terms for a new lease with our landlord.

Whilst we cannot act on every bit of feedback you gave us, there were certain themes to the information you shared with us. The re-occurring comments were that our customers would like more variation in salads & cakes which we plan to address. In addition, whilst many of you like the convenience of the pre-pack salads, there are plenty of others who do miss our salad counter and would like it back. We therefore plan to try to do both!

Over the next few days, we will slowly start to re-introduce our salad counter and see how things go - hopefully you will buy more salad!
Mix and match salad sold by weight will be available to purchase on our counter between 10.30 am & 2pm(ish) each day and pre-pack salad (in both single & family portions) during all opening hours.
We'll bring you a greater variety in the salad selection so we won't be publishing the menu in advance, but you can keep up to date to see what's in the store daily via our stories on Facebook & Instagram.
The monthly catering menu will always be in store and on our website, helping you plan special events in advance.
