Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Tack, What a lovely wedding to be a part of.
The brief was to put a bespoke menu together based on their travels together. We kicked off the Wedding celebrations with a canape reception, followed by a trio of meats, serving piri chicken, porchetta and Rare Argentinian beef with chimichurri, with recommended sides.
We finished off the feast with our signature trio of desserts, followed by a Gryros station for evening food.
Hats off to all the amazing suppliers, staff and my amazing team.

On Wednesday we had the pleasure of hosting Charley & Jordan's wedding, this wedding was quite a personal one for team SHB as we were catered for much loved family and friends, no pressure!

What's new for 2024 you ask? we will be providing live cooking stations for you to experience at your corporate event or wedding. Our new Charcuterie and cheese stations are great additions to any drinks reception instead of canapes or a grazing table, serving local cured meats and Artisan Yorkshire cheeses.

Last week we had the pleasure of providing corporate catering for the global company Belzona, based in Harrogate.

The brief was to provide a 3 course sit down set menu lunch at there business centre, with a self service lunch style buffet the following day, followed Evening food at Rooster's Brewing Co.
serving our tapas themed menu.

I would just like to say a huge congratulations to Natalie the corporate Development supervisor at Belzona and all the staff involved for making it work, plus my amazing team who made the two day event run smoothly.
We are really looking forward to hopefully working with you again in the near future.

What a way to end the most amazing year! with the fabulous wedding of Micheal & Michelle at Yorkshire Wedding Barn. It has been a truly fabulous year for SHB.
