Let me introduce the CUTEST couple on their 31st wedding anniversary and their SURPRISE vow renewal ceremony!
Back in March, James contacted me and told me his plan to surprise Jo with a Vow Renewal at their annual anniversary garden party, and boy did he do well! His plan was executed flawlessly...
- Their kids took Jo shopping for a party outfit and steered her towards wearing white 🤍
- Jo was then taken ring shopping "for her son's girlfriend" which was really a ruse to get her size and preference for her own new wedding ring 💍
- Proper invites were sent out with the theme of 'garden party glam' specified.
- A flower wall and sparkly backdrop was created in the garden for the ceremony space, but Jo thought it was just for the glam theme.
- I arrived, texted James to let him know and was met at the door to hide in the hallway while James proposed to Jo with her new ring. Needless to say she was blown away, but that wasn't all...
- Once she said yes, again (thankfully!) James revealed they were getting married again, there and then, and then I popped out, to everyone's surprise!
- The banner was put up, the bride had a moment to compose herself and then I delivered a wonderfully personal ceremony that had been crafted from all the amazing details James had shared with me. It was unbelievable 💚
If you find someone who looks at you like James and Jo still look at each other after 31 years of marriage, you are onto a winner!
