We hope this message finds you well. We must inform you that we have made the difficult decision to take a break from all events for the rest of 2023.
This unfortunately means all events are now cancelled.
During this time, we have experienced unforeseen challenges that were beyond our control. Specifically, a medical incident occurred that affected myself, completely separate from the event, but causing me to be out of action for a good few days. It is important to note that this medical issue was isolated and not directly related to the event itself.
However, this caused our event to be cancelled. This understandably upset a few people who had made the effort to attend, which was transparently told the situation.
I deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to our valued vendors and attendees. I want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly.
During this time, we will be restructuring the way we work and planning a more fun and exciting 2024 calendar.
As we work through this period, we will be in touch with our vendors to arrange reimbursements and discuss any necessary adjustments. Your understanding during this challenging time means a lot to us, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support.
We remain dedicated to our passion for organising exceptional events, and we are actively evaluating our operations to ensure a smoother and healthier relaunch when the time is right.
Thank you for being a part of our community, and we look forward to reconnecting with you once we have successfully addressed these challenges and are ready to move forward with renewed energy.
