A fantastic day on Friday.
We were lucky enough to be apart of family fun day.
Catering for 300 people with a bbq theme style buffet 👨‍🍳
With the help and another collab with the one and only

Bbq for 40 people 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳
With from cooking up a storm on the bbq:
Some fiery jerk chicken, tandoori lamb chops, classic burgers and Chinese five spiced ribs
Complemented by some summer salads and to finish Eton mess and chocolate brownie from 😍

To finish the team we had the amazing and leading the front on the buffet and bar 🔥👨‍🍳

Our first event this month.
A buffet for 30 people for a very special 30th birthday 🎉 👨‍🍳
A wide selection of food this weekend starting from our slow cooker bbq pork ribs, beef tacos, honey soy ginger chicken thighs, and dessert we had double choc chip brownie and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake 😍
