Can I Return My Items?
Once balloons are collected, I can no longer be responsible for them, in regards to popping/deflating or damages.
I am unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold.

Caring For Your Balloon?
Inflated Balloons last for up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored.
Balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible.

Last Minute Orders?
As everything I make is tailored to personal orders... last minute requests will NOT be taken. I recommend that you order with atleast 2 weeks notice prior to needing your order for the best outcome.
