Thank you Anita … We popped to Brighton yesterday to have a catch up with our lovely friend and of course came away with lots of delicious nutritious goodies, after having the most wholesome delightful lunch!

Prep for the weekend well under way… Why cook indoors when you can outdoors! ☀️ Beef brisket, brined for 24 hours, drained and marinated in sweet soy and spices then seared off on the BBQ before slow braising in the oven… smokey!
