🚨⬇️🥺AGAIN... ⬇️⬇️🥺

In the last 72 hours I've had 2 no shows for orders, 7 ignored messages when a non refundable deposit is due for me to make their orders.

This isn't fair, I have a waiting list for families and parents for certain items to be made.

🚨Unfortunately from now on, if ordered and messages are being ignored without payment you will be banned from ordering again🚨

It's very unfair on those who want these handmade keepsakes for their little angels not to mention, me spending hours making these keepsake by myself.

We will not hold ANY items without a non refundable deposit or payment in full, even if payment is promised the next day.

Please note, I work alone in this business along side my other business as a self employed painting & decorator I can't keep chasing for payment and messaging customers asking what time they are collecting and are they making payment for their order.
