Amazing evening Luxury festive catering for the directors and team at Outlook Energy, within the most stunning vaulted wine cellar venue .wine As to be expected the guests sampled some of the finest wines available, followed by 3 course festive menu that included, aged Hereford Beef, Tamworth Pork, Usk Valley Turkey. We catered for the directors wedding earlier this year, they insisted on the best catering services to match the finest wine! Edesia delivered - outstanding feedback!

Selection of canapés, followed by a luxury 2 course buffet, featuring Plateau de fruits de mer, including fresh oysters & Beluga Caviar, 50 day aged Longhorn Beef, BBQ Jacobs ladder & crispy shallots, Fresh Cornish Hake fillets, king Scallops + samphire, roasted tahini cauliflower steaks + chimichurri to name a few of the dishes. Trio of mini desserts to finish. It was an honour to cater for the bosses at this stunning new event venue.
