A big Thank you to everyone who attended our first yoga and soundscape events at the Wild Retreat based in The Wild Florist Garden!! It was wonderful to meet you all and enjoy your company whilst we relaxed while the fabulous Bridget Rowan guided us through the sessions! Come and visit The Wild Florist Garden Herefordshire for a Soundscape Experience @ The Wild Retreat
with Bridget Rowan
Sunday 4th August
2.00pm -3.15pm (or later)
We invite you into this beautiful garden to experience a journey with sound from nature and instruments. Nature will provide her sounds and Bridget will add sounds from Himalayan singing bowls, gong, drum, voice and percussion instruments to take you into a state of deep relaxation. Our mind is quietened and we go into a deeper space where we find our creative, intuitive and wise selves. Our brain waves slow down and enter the Theta state, this is considered the subconscious mind that retains memories and feelings and also directs our beliefs and behaviour, in this deeply relaxed state we are able to process our hidden gems and hurts and release our hang ups.
You will be held lying or sitting on the grassy earth, under cover, please bring whatever you need to make yourself super comfy.

Another section cleared!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 so this boxed lined pathway in the orchard runs parallel with the fruit pen! (For those of you who have visited, in the orchard and immediately on your right!) Totally over grown with nettles and brambles for years, it’s taken two days to reopen the path and to see right to the other end to a lovely wooden door ! Reminds me of the secret garden !!! So only another couple of areas to go and all the really hard graft is done, I’m desperate to return this special and beautiful garden back to its former glory ❤️💗💐💕

❤️💐 I loved creating this bridal bouquet for this beautiful bride! The brief/colour palette were gorgeous blush/pinks/creams with a touch of orange, wild and natural, finished with champagne coloured organza ribbon! Chanel contacted me last year so I was able to the grow specific things for her which made it even more special. The bridesmaids carried gypsophilia posies and the groom wore a gypsophilia buttonhole. A very dreamy bridal bouquet indeed!! If you are getting married in 2025 and would like flowers grown especially for you with regular updates and photos please contact me! 💐💕🧡

BOX HEDGING - with all things flowery taking priority in the garden the box hedging has been neglected…. Until now!!! I’ve always wondered how much we have ….. and paced it out to be just under half a kilometre!!! It’s taken 2 days and numerous gallons of tea and it’s all cut!! You’ll see it’s not quite as straight as it should be but not using a petrol hedge cutter before, it took abit of getting used to and being of a creative nature, straight lines and uniformity are something of a struggle!!! 🤣😂🤣😂 (I’ve also clipped the dog this week, she doesn’t look much better but you’ll be glad to know I didn’t use the hedge cutter!! 😂🤣😂😂)

Hello summer!! Finally it’s all happening!!! Look at these amazing zinnias!! 😍😍😍😍 the helicrysum flowers are huge 😍 and the brodia are out!! Love that bluey/purple colour!!! The calendulas are such a lovely shade of orange that I moved some into my Buddha bed as it’s my favourite colour 🧡🧡so these beauts and a whole lot more will be heading to in the morning 😍🍊😍🍊😍 God I love flowers!! it’s a good job really 😂🤣😂😂 have a good day lovely people ###xx
