Booking process 👇

1. Submit an Enquiry
Fill out our simple online form with the details of your event - things like the date, location, and what you're looking for. This gives us a good understanding of your needs and allows us to provide an estimate.

2. Get a Confirmation & Estimate
Within 48 hours, we'll get back to you to confirm availability and provide a detailed estimate for your balloon order.

3. Secure Your Date
If you'd like to move forward, simply pay the £50 non-refundable booking fee. This reserves your date on our calendar.

4. Finalise the Details
Once everything is booked, we'll work closely with you to nail down the final specifics - things like your preferred colour scheme and any personalisation.

5. Venue Coordination
If your event is being held at a venue, we'll also contact them directly to arrange the setup and collection times. This ensures everything is ready for your arrival, taking that stress off your plate.

6. Final balance
Final balance is due 48 hours before the event.
