IT'S PIE TIME

I have decided to add on my first dessert pie of the year to next Fridays order.

The flavour is......

SUMMER BERRY, SPICED APPLE AND CUSTARD. £4.50

Contains WHEAT, EGG, SULPHITES

Comment to order and I will be in touch via messenger with payment and collection details.

These pies come fresh and need to be consumed by the day shown on the day dot(present on pie box)

They can be frozen but must be consumed within 42 days of freezing.

FRESH COOKING GUIDELINES

Fan oven-190°c for 25-30 minutes
Ensure piping hot throughout

Non fan oven-210°c for 25-30 minutes
Ensure piping hot throughout

For other appliances please ensure internal temperature is above 75°c before consuming.

FROZEN COOKING GUIDELINES

Consume within 24hrs of removing from freezer. These pies can't be refrozen. Allow to fully defrost before cooking then follow the fresh cooking guidelines.

IT'S PIE TIME. PIE FLAVOURS WILL NOW BE GOING UP ON A WEDNESDAY AT MIDDAY TO ALLOW MORE TIME FOR PEOPLE TO ORDER AS WELL AS MORE TIME FOR ME TO GET MY ORDERS IN. LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING BACK INTO THE AMAZING STEAK AND MEATS FROM Traditional Farmhouse Meat TOO.

NEW- PREMIUM THAI RED SURF AND TURF £7.50

IT'S PIE TIME

A day early I know but I've been so excited since returning home from pie paradise and am itching to get back into it. Thank you all so much for your patience and look forward to plenty of new flavours taken from my inspirational trip home.

These pies are for Friday 5th April and collection is from 5 until 8pm. I have decided to bring a ka pie classic and a vege pie along with a new flavour

This week's flavours are.....

GARLIC CHILLI MINCE AND SPICED JALAPENO CHEESE £5.00
contains mince(45%) WHEAT,SOYA,EGG,SULPHITES,MILK

NEW-SWEET POTATO, SPINACH AND FETA WITH CORIANDER (V) £5.00
Contains WHEAT,SOYA,EGG,SULPHITES

NEW-CORNED BEEF HASH £5.00-corned beef and cubed potato with fried onion. Amazing with your favourite homemade gravy and all in the name of my old boss back home and great friend Lorraine Lamb
