Our gorgeous unicorn princess Blossom visiting the local library with her book!

We would like to say a massive 'Thank you' to Lydia Bailys and Company for organising for Unicorn Princess Blossom to visit our library on Saturday and read her book!

Some children who came along thought the library staff were planning to dress up as a Princess, and they were amazed to find out that no - it wasn't library staff but an actual Princess visiting us! 🦄👸

Back again this year is our Christmas Wreath Workshops at 🎄

Not only are we doing our succesful adults only class, we are also doing a family friendly class! Whilst you make your wreath, let your little ones use the play area and spend some time with our Snow Queen!

WHAT IS OUR MAGICAL MEMORY FUND?

It is a non profit sector of our company where we use our charitable donations and fundraising efforts to provide free or reduced entertainment for those who would be unable to access or afford it.

IS IT A REGISTERED CHARITY?

No. We would love to become a registered charity, but to do this we need to raise £5000 in 12 months to be able to register! Until we have achieved this goal we aren’t able to register. We currently fundraise to create non-profit entertainment.

HOW MUCH HAVE YOU RAISED SO FAR?

About £1500 which has gone back into our community!

WHO HAS BENEFITED FROM THIS SO FAR?

We were able to give away free tickets for on our festival to Young carers, Hollow Lane Club, SEN schools and children with disabilities. We have also provided our services to Remembering Rhodi (Group B strep support), Bramble Ward at the RD&E, local community events for underprivileged areas.

WHAT MADE YOU START THIS?

Lydia herself spent a lot of time in hospital growing up due to disabilities and wasn’t (and still isn’t) always able to access entertainment due to these disabilities. She was reminder of how hard this can be as a child and when we were asked to provide a visit for a young girl in end of life care last year - it felt wrong to take any payment for this, yet we still incur costs whenever we provide our services. With your support we can provide our services to those who would otherwise be unable to access us.

HOW CAN I HELP?

Attend our events where a percentage goes straight to the Magical Memory Fund! There will also be an option at all of our events when booked online to add a donation should you wish too. We are in the process of working out a Go Fund Me to help towards these efforts too. If you know a business who would like to sponsor an event for those in the community, feel free to tag them or send them our way! Together, we can make a difference. ♥️

We have been a little quieter than normal due to a huge influx in messages and emails in the last week.
