UPDATE – FITNESS UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
Following the previous message, and due to feedback from members entitled to the refund, we will be on site for just one day, Tuesday 14th January 2025 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
The refunds are for members who paid upfront in cash or via a credit/debit card payment and were members on the closing date of 22nd July 2024.
This is not relevant to Direct debit customers as they have already received their refunds directly to their banks through Harlands (company who controlled the Direct Debits).
An admin team will be present on site, in the Bar area, on Tuesday 14th January 2025, between 10:00am – 2:00pm. For anyone unable to attend, we will be in contact with you to arrange your refund.
If you are one of the members that are due a refund, please bring along with you and ID document, eg a passport, driving licence, along with proof of your membership. We will match your details with our database prior to issuing the refund.
The administration team will only be able to issue refunds for those members on the list they have been provided, so if you are not on the list for any reason, we will ask you to complete a form which will then be passed to someone to check the details and then you will be contacted after these dates.
