Quick study update!

I've been getting into the swing of studying and submitted my first assessment. Have to say I'm over the moon with a mark of 80% 🎉🙌🏾🎉

It's been difficult juggling studying with life, but I'm slowly getting into a routine now and this score has just given me the confidence and reassurance I need!

🙋🏾‍♀️ It's been a while!

I took some time off to think about what direction I want to go with my business, what direction to go with my future.

I went away for a few days for my anniversary and we had the best time! No kids, no worries, just having fun and living in the moment.

I've come to the decision that Dyermond Events will still be open but on a part time basis. So I may be a little quieter on social media, but I'm still around! 😁😜

Happy Monday! ☺️

We often feel the need to multitask constantly to get things done. I know I do, especially since I've become a parent.

But this can cause more stress to ourselves than we realise.

⛔ We rush through our tasks, not doing them to the best of our ability
⛔We don't give the task 100% so the quality of the result isn't the best
⛔ Tasks don't always get completed, so we then feel like a failure
⛔We add pressure to ourselves for the next day
⛔ The list of tasks then gets really daunting

If we just tackled things 1 thing at a time:

✅ We would have more completed tasks instead of lots of half completed ones
✅ The tasks would be completed to the best of our abilities with better quality of results
✅ We feel a great sense of achievement for completing tasks

Slowing down and doing 1 thing at a time isn't a bad thing!

I've been suffering with Covid and had to start my birthday morning in hospital 😬

My beautiful nephew was also born this morning, the BEST birthday present 👶🏾💙🎊

Fair to say emotions are high, but I'm just so happy to start a new chapter 🥰

Good Morning!🙋🏾‍♀️

Feeling quite reflective today.

So many of use dislike Mondays, wishing it was a different day, wishing we didn’t have work or college/uni, etc. But have you thought about all those who will never see a Monday again?

Be grateful that you get to wake up each day. That you can actually go to work/college/uni and have a full day actually doing something. Because there are so many others who would love to be able to work or even be alive.

Don’t like your job? Make changes to find another because you’re just a number. Not happy with the course you’re studying? Speak to your tutor and change it.

Embrace each Monday, take control of your happiness and your life because you have no idea when your last Monday is.

Now that hubby has started his new job, I will be doing the nursery run every day😅🥵

This is going to help massively in my weight loss journey! 2 lots of walking a day, more water and meals to begin with, then introduce some more exercise into my routine.

Time to shift this baby weight once and for all! 💪🏾
