Two weeks to go until our next show! I've been a fan of these two individually for ages, and was absolutely thrilled (and a little surprised!) when they agreed to stop in Ilkley on their UK tour. We've just shy of 20 tickets left so let's make this another sell out. Ilkley has the cheapest tickets of the tour thanks to support from a Bradford Council cultural grant. As with all our shows, everyone is welcome - if you would like to attend but are struggling to afford tickets please get in touch.

Only one month until our next show, Andrew Wasylyk will be performing in Ilkley as part of his UK tour alongside artist/designer Tommy Perman. Wasylyk’s compositions have been nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year Award, BBC Radio 6 Music’s Album of the Year and Scotland's best live act. BAFTA winner Tommy Perman’s work as a musician and DJ has taken him across the world, with numerous record releases under his own name and with collective FOUND, alongside visual works at the Sydney Opera House and National Museum of Scotland.

Support comes from Wolf People's Joe Hollick. Remaining tickets are only £10 subsidised by a Bradford council cultural grant. Expect an intimate, transcendental audio-visual performance by two artists at the height of their creativity.

Folklore Tapes ensemble will perform an immersive portmanteau of five excerpts from the book ‘The Witches and Fairies of Nineteenth-Century Ilkley’. Featuring encounters with Changelings, Red Caps, bathing fairies and the selling of witch's tongues. Performed with modified projectors, torch puppetry, hand-built musical instruments and automata.

Support from the excellent , a three piece from Bradford, formed out of a joint appreciation for creating disconcerting sounds forged by guitar, synth, drums and voice, and a Bradford based folk singer

will be joining us to share their film photography from the excellent Lore of the Land Ilkley zine and to sell copies of their publications and other treats.

Supporting Andrew Wasylyk and Tommy Perman at the Ilkley show on the 19th September is💥 💥

Joe is best known for wielding a fuzzed-up Gibson Firebird in the cult psychedelic rock band however, his primary love is for the acoustic guitar. His first solo guitar album “Rest Lessness” has recently been repressed by Cardinal Fuzz/Echodelik Records after the initial edition quickly sold out. Joe effortlessly combines influences from British Folk, Krautrock and Mali Blues and in the words of Dave Cambridge (Cardinal Fuzz) “each of the meticulous notes Joe plays has a feeling of wide open space and exploration – like the flow of a gentle stream as it makes it way up to a waterflow whereupon the echoing growl and twang brings forth a sublime dissonance”.

“Excellent acoustic guitar playing… I’m not sure how the labels let this one get out with such a limited pressing because it needs to be in more hands. It’s that good. This record will take you to other places” (The Ominous Drone)
