New characters and new props delighted comic world fans at an event in Inverness.

Thank you to all 3500 of you who attended the second Inverness Comic Con yesterday

We worked hard to address any queuing issues we had last year and had no complaints about waits so hope everyone was happy

Thank you to all of Team BGCP who worked very hard to make the event happen and didn't get in until very late this morning but all agree the event was very much worth it

Thank you to all the traders that made the trip with many staying the night before and after because they enjoy Inverness so much. Thank you to Imperial Scottish Garrison and The Rebel Legion UK for wowing the crowds as usual and selflessly collecting for charities.

We loved the massive show of Cosplay on display, so many blew us away and was likely the best selection we've ever had at the hundreds of events that we've put on over the years

We'll be announcing a return date very shortly and will be planning on how to make the event even bigger next year

Inverness Comic Con 24 is tomorrow and we're just packing the vans to make the trip.

Tickets will be available to buy on the door tomorrow but pre paid tickets will take priority.

If you have purchased tickets and have misplaced the email then email the website today as there's little we can do tomorrow due to the event.

Please note that all meet & greets and workshops are free with your purchased tickets but are first come, first served so please be in the queue before the start time as latecomers may lose out

The Cosplay Competition is free to enter and doesn't need sign up, just turn up for starting time and queue in Costume, this competition is open to all levels of cosplay.

10.30am – 11am – Sonic and Knuckles (MAIN HALL)
11.00am – 12.00pm – Jurassic Class (STUDIO 2 POOLSIDE)
11.30am – 12.00pm – Pikachu (MAIN HALL)
12.30 – 1.00pm – Spider-Man (MAIN HALL)
1.00pm – 1.45pm – Create your own Superhero with Beats of War (STUDIO 2 POOLSIDE)

FULL SCHEDULE COMING TOMORROW

We'll be releasing times for all of our meet & greets, workshops and Cosplay Competition tomorrow.

Our Queuing system will be similar to last year but fast tracked this time for people that have already purchased tickets, we will come down the queue to check tickets and stamp hands for entry then ticketed attendees can go in straight away.

INVERNESS COMIC CON APPROACHING

We're HYPED to announce that Inverness Comic Con will make it's return to Inverness Leisure Centre this August.

We'll have the event packed with traders selling Comic Books, Action Figures, Crafts, Art, Plushies, Cards, Dice, Mystery Bags, Funkos, Lego, Anime and more.

We'll have character meet and greets with all of your favourite characters as well as workshops, arcades machines, consoles and movie props on display.

BGCP Comic Con are looking for volunteers to help raise money for various charities over Scotland.

Ideally you'll be able to help at our weekend events, if you have your own costume and it's of a good standard then great, if not then we have lots of costumes for you to wear to help raise cash.
