For the evening entertainment, everything running up to the big day will easy and well organised. I will keep in touch, prep you for some important things to be aware of at ceilidh weddings. The planning will be flexible to accommodate last-minute changes. This leaves you free to get on and enjoy your big day.

I’ll listen to what you want. I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and plan the evening for you. You can just slot in bits like cake cutting, any additional speeches or family traditions and you want too.

If you're worried about never having done a ceilidh before, you’re a bit vague about what you want. Don’t Worry- I have loads of ceilidh experience and will make sure your evening will be amazing.
Nobody’s competing. The worst part about any disco is the awkward (and inevitable) comparisons you make with other people: are they doing flashier moves than me? Are they more in sync with the beat? Am I impressing anyone?

No idea what to do for your first dance? Don’t worry, I have loads of suggestions and will be able to get all your guests involved. You’ll be really surprised.
Getting nervous? I’ve got some traditional Dutch Courage for you to sample before that all-important first dance if you need it.
Anxious or nervous about being the centre of attention for the first dance, don’t be. I have loads of ceilidh options that will put you at ease.

Your guests will be saying it’s the best wedding they have been to. You will still be getting compliments long after the final dust has settled.

How much space do I need to have a ceilidh?
How much space have you got? Space and number of guests are no barrier. It doesn’t have to be a big crowd to be a great crowd.
Don’t have a huge amount of room for the entertainment? I have a solo option that takes up very little space and have used this to hold ceilidhs in really cosy venues.
Number of guests, kids, inside, outside, marquee, castle, theme. Ceilidhs are that flexible.
Ceilidhs are ideal for wedding celebrations. They bring people together; you don’t get any moans about inappropriate or excessively loud music. Children and parents and grandparents all dancing together. And no one left on the sidelines during the slow stuff.
Those attending feel a sense of genuine satisfaction when they manage a dance. Some can be notoriously complicated involving multiple partners and a common initial response is “My gosh how on earth am I going to remember all this!”
.But it's great when you actually get the hang of it, and that’s the beauty of having me call the dance- your guests literally don’t need to know what they are doing- and that’s the fun of ceilidhs.
There’s something magical about it. And best of all, ceilidhs are great for weddings at any time of year.
