CORPORATE LUNCH

My cauldron is out so it must be cold outside ❄️

I went for a belated bonfire night theme with a chipotle black bean chilli, fresh baked cornbread and a carrot, chickpea and feta salad with a lemon harissa dressing.

Homemade Yorkshire Parkin and chocolate apples with honeycomb to end 🧨

WEDDING FOOD

I had the honour of catering a beautiful wedding on Saturday at Grassington Village Hall.

Theme of the food was rustic Mediterranean, with options for Vegan, gluten free and dairy intolerances.

Garlic and rosemary focaccias filled with beef and dill pickle, beetroot hummus and vegan feta. Classic tomato and balsamic bruschetta with a whipped ricotta, prosciutto and cherry option. Continental meats and pickles, pork pies and chutney, feta frittata, herby pomegranate hummus, asparagus and Gruyère pastries, salads and more - it was a feast for the eyes and stomach 🤤

Corporate lunch on Friday with some Indian flavours to welcome the change in weather - including paneer kathi rolls, spiced mango and chickpea salad, carrot and nigella seed bhajis, burnt aubergine raita and a gorgeous chai loaf cake with sticky figs

Back this week catering for a yoga retreat. I’m terrible at remembering to take pictures of all the food so this is only a small selection of what was served.
Dishes enjoyed were chickpea and spinach curry, buckwheat noodle salad with sesame tofu toast, gnocchi with sage and walnut pesto, veggie white bean soup with garlic toasts and a quinoa chilli with cornbread.
Desserts were a lemon and ginger cheesecake, chocolate and avocado mousse and a sticky toffee pear pudding 🍴

Buffet life 🍴- a traditional ‘spread’ to celebrate a very special 80th birthday at the weekend - including sides of salmon, cold meats, fresh breads, salads, homemade asparagus quiche, cheese and crackers and some lovely strawberries and cream to finish

I did another little pop up at Lakeside Bar, Raygill Lakes - such a gorgeous spot for a drink and a nibble. I always forget to take pictures when I’m there so thank you to a lovely customer for taking these!

Weekend work - a large grazing set up to celebrate a gorgeous 1st birthday in a very beautiful location. Separate kids grazing boxes for the little ones meant that I could design a table with just the grown-ups in mind - lots of Mediterranean flavours bringing a taste of summer 🍴

Lovely to be back cooking for a large group of teachers and exchange students visiting Yorkshire ❤️
Welcome bites followed by a help yourself tea, including pulled pork with sliders, coleslaw and bbq sauce, chicken schwarma with dill yoghurt, macerated onions and flatbreads, Greek salad, lemon and basil orzo and a new potato, pea and asparagus salad - perfect hot weather food 🍴

Wedding catering - I had the incredible privilege to create these grazing boards and salad platters for a beautiful wedding this weekend ❤️
We went with an English Garden theme which perfectly suited the intimate vibe, all served on rustic grazing boards.
Marinated herby tomatoes and burrata, hot honey roast salmon, asparagus and new potato salad with lemon and dill dressing, Mediterranean frittata, garlic mushroom tarts and gorgeous peach and whipped goats cheese bruschetta 🤤
Such a special weekend with incredibly special people - so pleased I could create this for them

Catering for a large family get together with large platters of salad, dressed poached salmon, mushroom tarts, frittatas and more - not pictured was a gorgeous gluten free olive oil, hazelnut and chocolate cake 🤤
Now if only summer could make a comeback…🙄😜

Party food delivery yesterday and the only pictures I managed to snap were of these gorgeous canapés.

A full gluten free meal for 16 people was delivered including canapés, lasagne/veg lasagne, Italian dressed salad, garlic bread and strawberry pavlova 🍓

Homemade, tasty and reasonably priced - no fuss entertaining

Greek themed corporate lunch delivery today - I’ve been in a very Greek mood recently, even did a little pop up with some of my favourites last weekend (sorry forgot pictures 🤦‍♀️)

Lots of lovely fresh flavours here - classic Greek salad, lemon and basil orzo, spanakopita slices, creamy hummus with crunchy dippers, portokalopita cake and falafel flatbreads with pink onions and dill yoghurt
