The beauty of yoga is there are no expectations. No one cares if you can touch your toes or not, there’s nothing to ‘achieve’ only learning to move your body in a way that feels good, and we’re a friendly bunch who don’t take it too seriously! 😄

Whether your goal is to get fit, manage chronic pain, or just take time away from the mental load so you can be better equipped to manage the stresses of life - yoga IS for you!
