Thanks to everyone who has shared, liked and followed me thus far, soo appreciated! ☺️

Just wanted to introduce myself a little more for all I haven't spoken to for some time, who don't know me or those I am yet to meet.

I am a Kilmarnock lass born n bred. Married since 2008 to Kevin, renewed our vows in 2023, and have a gorgeous daughter Emma and a crazy border pup Aila. I enjoy music, theatre, film, nature and my holidays and can usually be found rehearsing a musical for local amateur companies or singing in my kitchen.
Been a mental health nurse for over 20 years working for NHS Ayrshire and Arran. This job has helped me improve my skills over the years. In particular, with public speaking in training/ health education and building relationships and rapport with people.
Over the last couple of years I have been swaying back in forth over a new career and although family and friends encouraged me to consider being a celebrant and I knew I would love it, the fear of the unknown held me back.
Then this past year, after some health changes, I remembered how we are only here once and can't let fear hold us back, thus here I am embarking on this new adventure!

I love getting to know people, chatting and hearing people's stories. I also love performing and telling stories, entertaining and helping people have fun and making them laugh, so being a celebrant is clearly the perfect job for me!
I want to bring my warmth, sincerity and humour to a couples ceremony, making sure I tell their love story the way it's deserved to be told. I promise to be there with my guidance and support from the very first chat to the big day!

Well its a new year so why not a new career! Cant tell you all how excited I am to be embarking on this new chapter as a wedding celebrant. Completed training done. Now its time to throw myself into the deep dark depths of social media for the first time ever and find out how it all works!

I will be providing tailor made wedding ceremonies, which are fun, unique and personal to every couple. From the first contact to the special day itself, I will be there to assist and support couples to ensure their ceremony is perfect for them.
