My dinner is SO delicious…. Cooked in Soul Kitchen courgette creole sauce with tortilla toasted in the oven… it’s divine! Courgette, grated carrot, mixed chopped nuts and a few grapes, stir-fried in creole sauce … utterly amazing!!
