Hi all, over the weekend I've had to make a really hard decision and not one I have taken lightly. I've decided I need to take a bit of time away from Nibbles as to say the least I am absolutely exhausted! With a nearly full time job in the NHS. two children and nibbles it's all got a bit too much! You've kept me so busy and I'm so grateful but gradually my work life balance has gone out the window and I need to spend a bit of time with my boys. So for a little while I won't be taking anymore orders and I won't be on social media as much.

Of course all my current bookings and fairs will be going ahead but just temporarily closing the diary. Thank you as ever for your ongoing support. I will of course let you know when I'm back up and running again!

Beetroot, butternut squash and feta muffins made up a recent order that went out for a grazing table. I think these looks so pretty with their striking colour.

A Strawberry ice cream bread order which went out this week for a birthday girl who doesn't like traditional birthday cake. Don't knock this bread until you have tried it! I haven't found anyone yet who doesn't like it!

These puff pastry parcels are crammed full of bacon, smoked cheese and spinach. These were a definite hit at my recent fayre and I hope to include these at my next fayre at Pentney on the 10th of June.

A new addition to the spring menu..... the 'I do' box. For your pre wedding nibbles, while you and your loved ones get ready for your special day. Each box feeds 2 people and is £30. If you order more then 4 boxes you get your 5th box for free. Don't forget to tag your beautiful friends and family that are saying 'I do' this year.
