A magical new stage adaptation from Spinning Wheel Theatre of the well-known nursery rhyme Five Little Ducks comes to us at the end of this month. Specially created for ages 1-4, this interactive adventure features puppetry, music and Makaton signing. Join Mother Duck as she searches for her missing duckling in this delightful family treat. Congratulations to these CUB pupils with additional educational needs from #KingsLynnAcademy who have been working with us over the last few weeks to create a physical theatre piece based on climate science. They have thought about the future, explored themes of resilience, war, dreams and protest, and expressed those themes through rhythm, movement and dialogue. Amazing work inspired by our Hope Trees project and international inclusive dance partners from Italy, Dance In company who visited Norfolk earlier this year.

To celebrate the end of term King's Lynn Youth Project hosted a Quiz Night this July where they premiered their Norfolk Broads film all about their trips spent there this Spring and Summer with the Broads Authority.
Over the past couple of months they have scripted and recorded voiceovers and reflected on what they learned in Barton Turf, How Hill and Horsey Beach across 4 weekends 🌿

📣 SPRING TERM CLASSES COVID 19 UPDATE 📣
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE WATCH!
We're so excited for all of our brand new classes to begin next week! (If you haven't booked yet - there's still time!). Our 10-week term begins Monday 10 January and ends Saturday 26 March, with no classes week commencing 14 February.
⚫️ PLEASE READ: We encourage lateral flow tests are carried out before visiting the building and that a positive test is reported to us. Again, thank you for your co-operation.
⚫️ NEW GUIDANCE: We ask that everyone over the age of 11 (school year 7+), including adults, wear a mask when entering the building and for this to remain on when moving around the building, and again when exiting. Keeping with the latest government guidance, and a new rule for us for this term, some classes may be asked to wear their mask during class. Dance, musical theatre and fitness classes will have the option to not wear a mask when engaging in strenuous activity. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
⚫️ COVID GUARANTEE: We know it can feel like an uncertain time, but we are here to support you on your journey at The Garage, and this term we will maintain our robust covid policies around the building and in class (details below) and make sure you are reimbursed with credit should you have to self-isolate and miss classes, with our Covid Guarantee. This credit will sit on your online members account with us and can be used when booking the summer term.
