Today I ventured into something new and provided a Father’s Day feast for 10 people for a friend, unfortunately I was so busy I didn’t get many photos, the menu:

Tandoori chicken wings
Sheikh kebabs
Chicken tikka

Lamb Saagwala
Garlic chilli chicken

Quick reminder I'm in the kitchen this week prepping and compiling these beauties. Lamb is new one this week with limited availability - slow cooked in a mix of spices before adding to the curry of your choice.

Chicken Tikka is marinating and again available in the curry of your choice.

After a week off I experimented and have introduced lamb to the menu - I’m not a great fan of lamb but this has turned out a treat! It’s also not tikka lamb iam yet to master that! ❤️

It’s cooked slowly in a richness of onions spices and herbs, the stock is then cooked for a further 2 hours and added to the curry! 😋

All curries can be chicken tikka(breast meat), lamb or veg!

Pilau/plain rice

Lamb dishes will be £8.50 chicken 7.50, rice £2.50

Next weeks orders are already through the roof I’ve room for another 25 - collection Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
