WOW! What an incredible night; standing room only is an understatement, even the hallway was packed 😅

We had a fun afternoon yesterday trialling the new setup The Old Picture House Kington - we're now ready for you in our new venue this Thursday 30th!

Join us as usual from 7.30 for 8pm start. Simply turn up & sign up to play or just come to listen, all welcome 🎶

For those driving, single yellow line parking available after 6pm on the street outside, or in Market Hall St carpark.

Fellow folkies! We are excited to announce a brand new venue for 2025 - Kington Folk Club will be moving to The Old Picture House Kington on Bridge Street. We hope you will join us there for January folk club on Thursday 30th.

Join us as usual from 7.30 for 8pm start. The Old Picture House is fully licensed, with drinks & bar snacks available, hooray! Simply turn up from 7.30pm & sign up if you would like to play, or just come to listen - all welcome. For those driving there is single yellow line parking after 6pm outside the terraces down the street, or Market Hall Street car park just round the corner. Please respect our neighbours & park sensibly.

Thank you to everyone who came tonight! Great film, such a laugh! ☺️
We think there may have been a technical snafu, as we weren’t aware of *any* online bookings, so we thought we’d have about 30 people in from phone bookings - then suddenly it was standing room only! 😱😱
We got by by the skin of our teeth, but if you don’t mind reserving tickets either online or texting/calling me so we can keep better track of numbers, we’d really appreciate it! 😅❤️
