Come and join Annie Marie Hackwell at for weekly small group sessions of my Holosomatic Bodywork offering - Embodied Movement.

In these bodywork sessions, we combine different somatic practices for an enhanced experience, leveraging the strength of different techniques to address the multifaceted nature of stress stored in our bodies.

Conscious connected breath, delicately woven with movement to unwind the body, guided self-touch as well as bodywork/massage.

Annies aim is to leave you feeling grounded and calm, with a sense of stability, and peace and provide you with self-care tools to support you every day.
