Munich this week has been fantastic! Supporting the Neo4j GraphSummit here, we had over 170 people in the room today at Design Offices Atlas Munich. A full day of great speakers and workshops finishing with a networking drinks reception. Thanks as ever to Denny Deutscher for the amazing AV support 🙏 And to Neo4j, it’s a pleasure to work alongside the EMEA marketing team to deliver these fabulous events!
Next stop Paris!

It was great to be part of the organising committee for MCOCO Events LTD.

Last night was the fabulous MCOCO Expo at the wonderful The Chesford Grange Hotel.

Such a useful Expo with 56 venues and hotels exhibiting so plenty of fresh ideas for us to inform our clients about and we really enjoyed networking with fellow industry professionals.

Definitely team work all round.

Amazing venue for our event today in Amsterdam, the A’dam Tower, kitted out with the client’s branding. We sourced the venue and managed all logistics, AV, branding, delegate registration with our on-demand badge printing. Great day so far with a packed room of delegates!

A packed week for our team last week with venue sourcing, site visits and event delivery: we were sourcing venues in Paris, Madrid, London and Rome for events this year – and out on the road we conducted site visits with a client to Chesford Grange Hotel and Doubletree Milton Keynes for events in 2026.

We also supported our client Palletforce LtdLtd with the delivery of their Annual Members Conference Hilton at St George’s Park, Midlands Conference Venue🚚. 260 people gathered for a packed day of content and a charity dinner which raised £25k for Kids Village Charity and Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Special mention to fabulous guest speaker Colin Maclachlan of SAS Who Dares Wins and The Chase’s Paul Sinha for the evening entertainment.

On Friday we attended the Beam Gala Dinner at The Grand Hotel Birmingham✨ - a great evening to finish the week and connect with industry peers.

For the past six years we have delivered the Annual APCC and NPCC Partnership Summit. The event brings together senior policing representatives, including Chief Constables and Police and Crime Commissioners, for a 2-day conference with a gala dinner.

Thank you to the NPCC and APCC teams for trusting us with this incredible event. We’re so proud to have delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. Here's to raising the bar even higher in 2025! 🚀

Great day yesterday The Belfry Hotel & Resort for the hard-hat tour of the new event spaces opening next year!

This new Masters Suite is going to be a fabulous room, great views over the course and capacity at 600+. Can't wait to come and see it again when it's all finished and hopefully to running some events there once up and running :-) (No photos of the spaces allowed just yet whilst it's under construction - so just this one of us in full PPE before we entered the site!!)

Last week was an exciting time for Event Works Europe as we had the pleasure of supporting two valued clients with the successful delivery of their multi-day events. We had teams on-site at both events which were in Nottingham at East Midlands Conference Centre & London at etc.venues County Hall.

It’s always rewarding to witness the culmination of months of meticulous planning: from seeing the branding come to life to welcoming delegates, sponsors, and speakers, and watching them engage in sessions and network—it’s truly the best part of the job!

On Saturday night we were delighted to support the Worcester Breast Unit Haven Perfectly Pink Charity Ball.

It was a fantastic evening filled with inspiring stories, wonderful people, and a shared commitment to supporting the Worcester Breast Unit Haven Charity, an organization making a real difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer. It's heartwarming to see the community come together to raise both awareness and funds for such an important cause which is very close to our hearts. 💕

Together, we can make a difference—every contribution, big or small, helps to provide life-changing support to patients and their families.

Special thanks to Royal Lancaster London InterContinental London Park Lane and the The Chelsea Harbour Hotel for their
generous donations to the auction.

It was great for our team to be together, and an amazing amount was raised - final total to be confirmed shortly!
