Great day yesterday The Belfry Hotel & Resort for the hard-hat tour of the new event spaces opening next year!

This new Masters Suite is going to be a fabulous room, great views over the course and capacity at 600+. Can't wait to come and see it again when it's all finished and hopefully to running some events there once up and running :-) (No photos of the spaces allowed just yet whilst it's under construction - so just this one of us in full PPE before we entered the site!!)

Last week was an exciting time for Event Works Europe as we had the pleasure of supporting two valued clients with the successful delivery of their multi-day events. We had teams on-site at both events which were in Nottingham at East Midlands Conference Centre & London at etc.venues County Hall.

It’s always rewarding to witness the culmination of months of meticulous planning: from seeing the branding come to life to welcoming delegates, sponsors, and speakers, and watching them engage in sessions and network—it’s truly the best part of the job!

On Saturday night we were delighted to support the Worcester Breast Unit Haven Perfectly Pink Charity Ball.

It was a fantastic evening filled with inspiring stories, wonderful people, and a shared commitment to supporting the Worcester Breast Unit Haven Charity, an organization making a real difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer. It's heartwarming to see the community come together to raise both awareness and funds for such an important cause which is very close to our hearts. 💕

Together, we can make a difference—every contribution, big or small, helps to provide life-changing support to patients and their families.

generous donations to the auction.

Sharon Brunt is just back from Amsterdam where she attended The Meetings Space at
Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam.

Plenty of networking and meeting with a whole host of venues and suppliers from across Europe. A fabulous event, making a lot of great new connections and learning of many new venues. The group was also treated to some wonderful dinners and excursions, including a visit to the amazing Fabrique des Lumières.

We are so privileged to be invited to events like this, and the benefit we get is invaluable in ensuring we are always up to speed on venues so that we can source the perfect spaces for our clients’ events!

We are proud to have recently signed up to the new Police Industry Charter, launched to set the foundational principles upon which industry partners, whatever their product or services, together with UK policing can collectively adhere to.

UK policing is a high-volume consumer of products and services, which are becoming increasingly science and technology focused.

BlueLight Commercial in conjunction with NPCC, APCC, RISC, the Home Office and the Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser have agreed to manage and monitor the new Charter which it is hoped will promote greater collaboration and inspire innovation within policing.

The agreement sets out five key principles for how industry and policing should work together and tackles issues such as transparency, ethics, and sustainability.

As the organisers of one of the main events in the Policing calendar, the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners and National Police Chiefs'​ Council Partnership Summit taking place in November, we were keen to sign this important Charter.

We are just back from supporting the delivery of this event for our client Neo4j in Paris, at the Le Pavillon Wagram, located in a fantastic spot just a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe. The client was excited to showcase its new brand for this customer event, which we helped bring to life throughout the venue working with local supplier Ch20 who did a brilliant job - the venue was completely transformed! Once again we brought in d.lite Event- und Medientechnik who deliver flawless AV support every time and are a joy to work with, and our own Rob Taylerson delivered the on-demand badging solution - the badges and lanyards also reflected the new brand.

There was a great turn-out, with standing room only, all in all, a wonderful event to have worked on!

Last week we were delighted to support our client at a prestigious Awards Dinner celebrating the very best in the world of museums, galleries and heritage visitor attractions.

The event took place at the stunning London Hilton On Park Lane where guests enjoyed welcome drinks prior to a delicious dinner ahead of the exciting Awards ceremony hosted by Ella Al-Shamahi.

It was a fantastic evening and a joy to work on in the planning and delivery.
