Had a tough weekend, this weekend where the world and it's dog seemed to be against me, then I received these photos from some very special Oceanflora customers and I realised the happiness a handmade creation of mine makes to people

So I pulled up my big girl pants, wiped away the tears, had a quick rant to one of the lovely ladies below and got the heck on with it xx

Wish me luck girls .....

It's been almost a month since I started HRT at 47! I feel 90% better already that's for sure but Its time to start really taking care of myself. I'm not in the best health I've ever been in and definitely piled on the pounds....

Tomorrow morning I start a little self love, even if it's just some extra dog walks and cutting out the crap...

I'm ready to make a change and I thought if I share it with you all it might help me be more motivated. And if there is one thing you all have in abundance it's motivation 💛💛💛
