⚠️Huge message going out to all our customers and local supporters.⚠️

Our Business owner Luke, is looking to take on his biggest challenge where he faces 2 of the largest marathons in Europe. He will be running a combined 52.4 miles over both the Paris and London Marathon in just 14 days to raise money for children in wheelchairs. The charity is called Whizz Kidz and we are looking for your huge support to sponcer Luke to help raise as much money as possible for these children.

Today is Ankylosing Spondylosis awareness day!

A day-to-day disease people live with in their spine. A.S. is a disease where the sponges in your discs in your spine start to crumble, creates inflammation between the discs and body of the vertebra to eventually fusing together and turn into a solid bone. Losing rotation and mobility within the spine. This usually starts within the coccyx and neck and slowly works its way to each other.

The disease also causes a lot of problems in other joins of the body such as hips, knees and fingers ect. This nasty disease is usually known to be with people in their 40s+.

This is such a painful disease that effects peoples day to day life's so much!
