What a year it’s been!
2024 was nothing short of relentless, with HSC pushing harder than ever. After all that effort, January is always our time to reset before diving back into the hustle.

This year, we’re unwinding in the Himalayas—but “unwinding” might not be the best word for it! The journey to get here was an adventure in itself, including a hair-raising 300km ride through the mountains with some fearless drivers.

In the background stands the magnificent Nanda Devi, towering over 7,000m—a true giant of the Himalayas. Words can’t capture how breathtaking and epic these mountains are. Feeling incredibly lucky to be here and to witness such raw beauty. 🌄

Garam Masala, roasted in house by the amazing Shannen.

A perfect mix of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, star anise, mace blades, dried chillies, rose petals, black cardamom & nutmeg. All slow roasted together and ground up ready for our curries!
